Your zPod RSS URL

In checklists, paste your zPod RSS URL. That looks like https://rss.podfora.com/{slug}-{feedId}.

Copy your zPod RSS URL. That looks like https://rss.podfora.com/{slug}-{feedId}. rss.zpod.cc is a backup host and 301s to the matching rss.podfora.com URL. Prefer rss.podfora.com for directory submissions and new integrations.

Leave Spreaker

Import on zPod first, then redirect. These are leave-host steps. Directory portal work lives on Directory Updates.

  1. 1. Import to zPod and verify GUIDs and media.
  2. 2. In Spreaker open the Dashboard, select the show, then RSS Customization (also described as RSS settings).
  3. 3. Select Redirect Feed / Redirected.
  4. 4. Paste your zPod RSS URL into New Feed URL and save.
  5. 5. Keep the old feed several weeks. Test the old URL in a private browser window.

Pitfalls

  • UI labels vary (RSS Customization vs RSS settings). Look for Redirect Feed / New Feed URL.
  • Without account access, contact Spreaker support for a manual 301.
