In checklists, paste your zPod RSS URL. That looks like https://rss.podfora.com/{slug}-{feedId}.

Copy your zPod RSS URL. That looks like https://rss.podfora.com/{slug}-{feedId}. rss.zpod.cc is a backup host and 301s to the matching rss.podfora.com URL. Prefer rss.podfora.com for directory submissions and new integrations.

Leave Buzzsprout

Import on zPod first, then redirect. These are leave-host steps. Directory portal work lives on Directory Updates.

1. 1. Finish zPod import and verify GUIDs and media before you touch Buzzsprout.
2. 2. In Buzzsprout open Settings → Podcast Settings → Redirect (the UI may also say Cancel/Redirect Podcast).
3. 3. Choose the redirect / downgrade path and paste your zPod RSS URL.
4. 4. Confirm Redirect RSS Feed and Downgrade to the Buzzsprout Free Plan.
5. 5. Redirect each show separately if you host more than one podcast.
6. 6. Keep the Buzzsprout account active at least three weeks after redirect.

Pitfalls

• Redirect also downgrades the plan — export analytics first.
• Multiple shows need multiple redirects.
