These terms match the locked commercial catalog in studio billing. They are not a substitute for a lawyer, but they are the product contract zPod operates.
Audio and Video are separate monthly product families. An organization holds one primary plan. Video includes audio hosting for covered shows. Moving Audio to Video is a plan change, not an add-on. New Audio plans start with a 10-day trial, card required. After the trial, we charge that card. If payment fails, the studio follows the same past-due rules as a paid subscription. Existing paid subscriptions do not restart a trial. Custom Hostname is the annual add-on ($25/year per domain). Transcript Search is an optional monthly add-on ($5/month per 100 episodes), billed per studio account on transcribed published episodes, and is not included in Audio or Video plans. Audio bandwidth is unmetered. Unlimited transcripts are included on every Audio plan; there is no per-minute transcript overage. Extra storage is $0.15/GB-month. Video stored overage is $8/1,000 minutes and delivered overage is $2.50/1,000 minutes. A metered spend cap and a hard stored-minute cap limit surprise overage.
Storage past the plan is never capped: it is charged to the card on file at the storage rate. Each organization also has a spend cap for video meters. We warn near 80% and hard-stop further video meters at 100% until the cap is raised. Included video storage minutes are a hard cap. When the include is full, new video storage stops until the plan or cap changes.

Tips and memberships are not available yet. When they are, zPod does not charge a fee. Card fees and disputes stay with the creator’s payment account.
Tips, subscriptions, and payments are sold by the creator. zPod does not charge a fee on them. Refunds and disputes are between the listener and the creator.
