In checklists, paste your zPod RSS URL. That looks like https://rss.podfora.com/{slug}-{feedId}.

Copy your zPod RSS URL. That looks like https://rss.podfora.com/{slug}-{feedId}. rss.zpod.cc is a backup host and 301s to the matching rss.podfora.com URL. Prefer rss.podfora.com for directory submissions and new integrations.

Leave Megaphone / Spotify for Creators

Import on zPod first, then redirect. These are leave-host steps. Directory portal work lives on Directory Updates.

1. 1. Treat Spotify for Creators (self-serve hosting, formerly Anchor) and Megaphone (enterprise / network) as two products.
2. 2. Import to zPod and verify. If DAI was on, import the ad-free feed.
3. 3. Creators: if you use Spotify Subscriptions monetization, disable it under Monetize before leaving.
4. 4. Creators: on the web only (not the mobile app), open https://creators.spotify.com → Settings → Redirect your podcast.
5. 5. Creators: paste your zPod RSS URL and choose Redirect. The redirect can take up to 7 days. Wait at least a week before deleting the Creators account.
6. 6. Creators: if you deleted the account before redirecting, contact Spotify support.
7. 7. Megaphone: request a 301 via Megaphone Live Chat or email. Org Admins only. Give 48 hours notice and your zPod RSS URL.
8. 8. Confirm the redirect before you publish only on zPod.
9. 9. The Spotify directory listing still needs Settings → Update if the show was claimed separately. Use Studio Directories for that row.

Pitfalls

• The Creators redirect is web-only.
• Megaphone outbound redirects are not self-serve.
• Anchor-era feed URLs (anchor.fm/s/…/podcast/rss) still redirect the same way via Creators Settings.
