Copy your zPod RSS URL. That looks like https://rss.podfora.com/{slug}-{feedId}. rss.zpod.cc is a backup host and 301s to the matching rss.podfora.com URL. Prefer rss.podfora.com for directory submissions and new integrations.

Leave Squarespace

Import on zPod first, then redirect. These are leave-host steps. Directory portal work lives on Directory Updates.

1. 1. Import or rebuild on zPod. Squarespace may not RSS-import cleanly — expect gaps and verify every episode.
2. 2. Squarespace → Pages → podcasting blog settings → Feeds → Podcasting → Change Feed → Moving from Squarespace.
3. 3. Enter your zPod RSS URL and save (creates a 301).
4. 4. Do not delete the blog page or cancel the site during soak — that disables the 301. Apple: keep at least four weeks.

Pitfalls

• Deleting the blog page or canceling the site kills the redirect.
