zPod can transcribe every episode for you. Transcripts are included on every Audio plan, with no per-minute charge and no monthly cap.

Always or Per Episode

Pick a show rule: generate a transcript for every episode, or decide episode by episode. The episode editor has Generate, Retry, and Regenerate.

Bring Your Own

Already have a transcript? Upload a WebVTT or plain-text file instead, or replace or clear one at any time.

In the Feed and on the Page

The feed links each transcript with podcast:transcript, so apps that show transcripts can use it. The episode page on your website shows it too.

Transcript Search (Add-On)

Transcript Search lets listeners search every spoken word on your show's website. Results are ranked, exact phrases work in quotes, and each match links to its moment in the episode. It is an optional add-on, $5/month per 100 episodes, and is not part of the Audio plans.

How It Works in Studio

  1. Choose the show rule in Settings → Feed → Transcript Generation.
  2. Generate, upload, or clear a transcript in the episode editor's Transcript section.
  3. Turn on Transcript Search in Settings → Public Site → Transcript Search once the add-on is active.
